There are posters all over Paris of the Gourmand Awards and the Paris Cookbook Fair. To think that Me'a Kai is now "in this world." Incredible. Win or lose the award, Pacific Cuisine now has its rightful place at the table with the French and the Italians, AND IN PARIS!
